In a recent analysis, an API3 researcher took a deep dive into Euler Finance's quasi-dutch auction system for liquidation bonuses and discussed how OEV-Share, an oracle MEV solution, could potentially be a better alternative. The researcher explained how the auction design effectively reduced the average liquidation bonus and allowed Euler to add bonuses to their insurance fund. However, after a switch to Chainlink oracles, the auction became less effective due to less granular pricing. Additionally, a new liquidator competing with Euler's bot resulted in value being bid to block builders in bundle auctions. The researcher suggested that OEV-Share, with its more granular auction and off-chain price triggering, could capture more value for Euler's ecosystem.

Avalanche has announced its focus on asset tokenization and payments, aiming to build a global, permissionless digital economy.
