API3 has announced the availability of several new data feeds on its decentralized oracle market, enabling developers to build on-chain products across multiple blockchains. The latest additions include exchange rates for staked and synthetic assets like sUSDe/USDe, sDAI/DAI, sAVAX/AVAX, and ezETH/ETH, as well as price feeds for stablecoins such as LUSD, FRAX, GHO, crvUSD, and USDY. Other notable listings include the DYM/USD price feed for the Dymension ecosystem token, the apxETH/pxETH exchange rate for Redacted Cartel's auto-compounding vault, the TIA/USD price feed for Celestia's data availability network token, and the rsETH/ETH exchange rate for Stader's liquid restaking token.

API3 DAO highlighted the issue of Miner Extractable Value (MEV) in decentralized finance, where miners can prioritize transactions for profit maximization. This has led to lending protocols losing revenue from liquidation bonuses paid to searchers. API3 DAO proposed solutions like bundling oracles with searcher auction mechanisms or introducing a delay for liquidators to bid for exclusive liquidation rights. These solutions aim to recapture value lost to MEV and return it to the protocols, improving efficiency and reducing centralization.
