Maximal Extractable Value (MEV) has become a significant issue in the DeFi ecosystem, leading to increased transaction costs, reduced liquidity provider profitability, and a negative impact on user experience. API3 has introduced the OEV Network, designed to recapture Oracle Extractable Value (OEV), a subset of MEV arising from oracle updates or lack thereof. The OEV Network aims to maintain the security guarantees of data feeds while allowing the value generated by oracle updates to be auctioned off and recaptured by the protocol. All API3 data feeds will be integrated with the OEV Network, enabling protocols to optimize performance and reduce the negative impact of MEV by simply reading any data feed on the API3 Market and enabling the OEV Network.

🔗 Vyro Finance Joins Api3 Ecosystem

**Vyro Finance** is integrating with the Api3 ecosystem as a CDP (Collateralized Debt Position) protocol. The platform is launching on **Unichain** and will enable users to mint **$vyUSD**, an overcollateralized stablecoin, using the following assets as collateral: - $ETH - $wstETH - $UNI This integration aims to **unlock liquidity** across the broader ecosystem by providing a stable asset backed by multiple collateral types.

Maple Finance Enables SYRUP Collateral for USDC Borrowing on Morpho

**Maple Finance** has launched a new lending feature allowing users to borrow USDC using their $SYRUP tokens as collateral. **Key Details:** - Available exclusively on [Morpho](https://app.morpho.org/ethereum/market/0x729badf297ee9f2f6b3f717b96fd355fc6ec00422284ce1968e76647b258cf44/syrupusdc-usdc) through Kabu USDC - Users can supply SyrupUSDC as collateral while earning approximately 11-12% yield - USDC borrowing rate is around 56% - The mechanism allows for recursive yield farming, generating an additional ~5% yield with each cycle - Curated by Gauntlet and MEV Capital vaults This integration expands utility for SYRUP holders, enabling them to access liquidity without selling their tokens while continuing to earn yield on their collateral.

ONDO Now Accepted as Collateral on Morpho

Morpho has integrated ONDO tokens as collateral, enabling users to borrow USDC against their Ondo Finance positions on Ethereum mainnet. **Key Details:** - ONDO holders can now use their tokens as collateral to borrow USDC - Available on Ethereum mainnet through Morpho's lending protocol - Access the market at [app.morpho.org](https://app.morpho.org/ethereum/market/0x7dea3baf843210ce0a4a9e6374cea47dcd55384fb36d2d701e69b221867b39e5/ondo-usdc) This integration expands borrowing options for real-world asset (RWA) token holders within DeFi.

First EIGEN/USDC Lending Market Launches on Morpho

A new lending market for EIGEN tokens has launched on Morpho's Ethereum mainnet. **Key Details:** - First EIGEN/USDC trading pair now available on the platform - Users can leverage their EIGEN holdings to access liquidity - Market accessible at [app.morpho.org](https://app.morpho.org/ethereum/market/0x6d1dae6238f6f296abb77d9e17a8429132458146bc89d1d2b20516b87a40dee7/eigen-usdc) This addition expands Morpho's lending options, following their recent USDC borrowing incentives on Base and Ethereum mainnet. The platform continues to build out its DeFi lending infrastructure with support for various token pairs.

YeiFinance Launches on Injective EVM with API3 Oracle Integration

**YeiFinance has officially launched on Injective EVM**, integrating API3's first-party oracles with OEV (Oracle Extractable Value) capabilities. - Builders can now access **real-time data feeds** through API3's oracle infrastructure - The integration provides **secure and transparent** data delivery directly from source - API3 served as a **launch partner** for Injective EVM mainnet This deployment enables developers to leverage advanced oracle functionality including OEV capture mechanisms. The partnership represents API3's continued expansion across EVM-compatible networks. Developers can access the data feeds at [market.api3.org/injective](http://market.api3.org/injective).
