The Moonwell community has expressed their desire for @gauntlet_xyz to serve as the Borrow Cap Guardian for Moonwell on the Moonbeam Network and MoonriverNW. Gauntlet is expected to include guardianship in their next round of onchain risk parameter proposals. The proposal received unanimous support and community members are encouraged to refer to the guidelines when proposing new markets on Moonwell.

Warden Finance, the emissions manager for Moonwell on Base, has made several changes to the WELL and USDC supply rewards.
