Maker Governance has implemented several changes that will take effect tomorrow. These include increasing the debt ceiling for Spark D3M and SparkLend Gnosis Chain, reducing the loan-to-value ratio for SparkLend Ethereum Dai, reactivating the WBTC market, and adjusting interest rate model parameters. Additionally, a funds transfer and DAO resolution related to HVBank will be approved, and a whistleblower bounty will be paid. Delegate compensation for October will also be distributed.

A new Executive Vote is live on the Maker Governance portal. MKR holders and delegates can vote on various proposals including approving a new DAO Resolution for HV Bank (RWA009-A) Vault, transferring MKR to Immunefi Security Core Unit, adding GUSD and USDP Jar and SwapInputConduit Contracts to Chainlog, and executing the first payment of the Spark Protocol-Aave Revenue Share Agreement.

The MakerDAO Regenerative Finance Aligned Voter Committee (AVC) has distributed 5 MKR to BuildingWeb4 and DoDAO in recognition of their contributions to developing public goods. Both organizations have been involved in governance strategy and proposals. The committee is excited to see how DoDAO Academy's work on Maker AI Chatbot and Governance AI Tools will aid in building the Maker Atlas. Additionally, the committee will share 30% of Q4 AVC Member Rewards with Abundance DAO and DoDAO Academy.

Summer Finance has introduced stop-loss protection for Sparkdotfi. This feature allows Sparkdotfi users to automatically close their positions when the Loan To Value reaches a preset trigger.

Scammers are impersonating Spark and trying to deceive users. Spark's official account is @sparkdotfi and their official website is _____. There is currently no SPK token claiming available and no claiming date has been scheduled. Maker and Spark will not contact users via email with links for actions related to the protocols. Official updates will be published on @MakerDAO and @sparkdotfi. The SPK token airdrop is not available to users in the United States or those using VPNs.

rETH is being offboarded from Maker Protocol's core vault engine, but remains an active collateral asset on @sparkdotfi with 200 million DAI available to be borrowed. @DeFiSaver now offers a seamless migration from Maker to Spark with just one button through Loan Shifter.

Some of the proposals include USDP-PSM Incentives, RETH-A offboarding, reconfiguring RWA Allocator Vaults, WBTC DC-IAM changes, Stability Fee changes, compensation for Aligned Voter Committee and Aligned Delegate members, setting up payment streams for Governance Facilitators, and distributing MKR compensation to BA Labs. MKR holders and delegates are encouraged to participate in the vote.
