BNB Chain Fusion plans to retire the BNB Beacon Chain for better security measures and improved asset utilization. Cryptocurrency holders are advised to transfer their BEP2/BEP8 tokens to the BSC network for a 1:1 ratio before the fusion. Assets without cross-chain transfers may face permanent loss after the BNB Beacon Chain deactivation. Relief measures will be available through BEP299-Token Migration after the fusion.
