GRVT and Mirae Asset Securities issue tokenised funding notes on Prividium

ZKsync congratulated its partner GRVT on a collaboration with Mirae Asset Securities in which GRVT subscribed to an issuance of tokenised funding notes arranged by Mirae Asset Securities (HK) Limited under its affiliate's structured notes programme. ZKsync said the transaction is built on Prividium, its DLT platform for financial institutions.

• GRVT plans to use the exposure in connection with its Grvt Earn product, subject to applicable requirements.
• The firms intend to explore further tokenised products — Treasuries, corporate bonds and ETFs — on a non-committed basis, pending regulatory approvals.
• Backer Mirae Asset Financial Group oversees more than US$1 trillion in client assets; the funding note transaction marks the firms' first collaboration.
