Zerion CLI adds init flow for SI agents

Zerion followed up on its CLI rollout by positioning the tool for SI agents, announcing a quick-start command via npx -y zerion-cli init. The one-liner lets users initialize the CLI for agent use, complementing the agent capabilities it already offers on Arc.
