Polygon OMS adds agent spend controls

Polygon has enabled agent spend controls within the Open Money Stack (OMS), letting teams set precise guardrails for AI agents operating in the wallet. Admins can approve specific tasks and set budgets and expirations for an agent, with the wallet enforcing those terms onchain, per Polygon's official account.
