MetaMask is rolling out support for managing XRP, telling users they can now manage XRP directly in the wallet. The announcement points users to a guide and replies to questions about how it works.

MetaMask relayed an update from hardware wallet maker Trezor warning that it has experienced a data breach. Anyone who purchased from Trezor in the last 90 days may have had their data impacted.

• The breach does not affect crypto wallets or user funds.
• Trezor says impacted customers should watch for phishing (e.g., texts, calls, emails) and be extra cautious.

MetaMask issued a security PSA warning about a new wave of fake MetaMask emails, some even faking a verified blue checkmark. The wallet reminded users that a real MetaMask email will never ask them to share their Secret Recovery Phrase or password, nor click a link to a site that then asks for it, and will never ask them to "verify," "connect," or "validate."

MetaMask now lets eligible US customers pay with their Cash App balance when buying digital assets through MoonPay. At checkout, users can select Cash App Pay to fund the purchase directly from their Cash App balance. MetaMask

MetaMask introduced prediction markets for Europe's top football leagues, starting with Spain's LaLiga, now live. This expands the wallet's on-chain prediction/trading offerings beyond a single league, with more European leagues expected to follow.

MetaMask announced the MetaMask Money Account, a new product pitched as “turn your money on.” The account offers a yield/rewards mechanism where spending with the MetaMask Card earns mUSD back into the Money Account.

MetaMask's Agent Wallet is now live for all users, giving AI agents their own self-custodied wallet tied to a MetaMask account. It is built with integrations including Hyperliquid, Polymarket, Aave, CoW Swap, LiFi, Blockaid, Cubist, and AWS.

MetaMask has added support for Monad, letting users freely swap and interact with the network from within the wallet. MetaMask covers the gas, effectively subsidizing transactions.
