Lido Earn vaults become available on Jumper

Lido Earn vaults are now offered on Jumper, letting users earn ETH and USD through a fully on-chain (DeFi) route. Lido confirmed the earnETH vault is live on Jumper, echoing Jumper's '100% DeFi, 0% complexity' framing and expanding access to Lido's Earn products.
