Kelp will pause rsETH bridging via LayerZero across Ethereum and all L2s for a planned 24-hour window starting 8AM PST on 11 September. The pause enables operations to facilitate the quarterly rsETH settlement for users on deprecated networks, as part of a previously announced plan.
