Sonic Labs disclosed that approximately 13M S will move over the next 24 to 48 hours under a strategic OTC agreement with a long-term partner. The partner will work with Sonic to grow the network's reach and engagement across its audience, and the team shared the transfer in advance so the community could track it. The tokens are moving to a counterparty's custody rather than being removed from supply, unlike Sonic's earlier on-chain burn of unclaimed airdrop tokens.
