Nomic Foundation ships hardhat-slang-solx for faster Solidity builds

The Nomic Foundation released hardhat-slang-solx, a plugin for the Hardhat development framework aimed at making Solidity compilation significantly faster. The team announced that builds can be up to 5× faster when using the plugin, which is powered by the Slang-based tooling the foundation has been developing.
