Nethermind 2.0.0 ships flat-state archive, slashing node storage
Nethermind released version 2.0.0 of its Ethereum execution client, changing how nodes store state. Archive-grade history now lives directly on the flat state database, so a full mainnet archive drops from roughly 30 TB to about 2.1 TB of disk — with no separate archive database and no new sync protocol.
