Glamsterdam sets Hoodi for October 26, mainnet date pending
The Ethereum Foundation's Glamsterdam network upgrade activated on Sepolia at epoch 353,024 — slot 11,296,768 — on October 6, and the official announcement now confirms Hoodi testnet is scheduled for October 26, with a mainnet date to be announced separately. The upgrade's headline feature is blocks built without trusted relays, delivered via enshrined proposer-builder separation (ePBS); following Fusaka, it also adds block-level access lists and gas pricing changes that better reflect execution and state-growth costs.
The Hoodi announcement includes the activation table, client releases, and a bug bounty program.
