Wyoming moves FRNT stable token from LayerZero to Chainlink CCIP

Wyoming is moving its FRNT stable token — the first stable token issued by a U.S. state — from LayerZero to Chainlink CCIP for cross-chain settlement, after a state security review found what officials called a "repeated pattern of major operational security failures" at LayerZero.

• The move follows Frontier's earlier decision to route FRNT cross-chain settlement through Chainlink CCIP.
• Wyoming is separately expanding its Chainlink partnership to add near-real-time, onchain verification of the reserve funds backing FRNT, letting anyone check the reserves behind the token directly on-chain rather than relying on periodic reports.
