Bitcoin treasury firm Strive bought another 6,182 BTC (~$511M) last week, its fourth consecutive week of accelerating purchases, lifting total holdings to 43,000 BTC. To fund further accumulation it launched a $1 billion preferred stock ATM program.
Separately, Strive proposed an IPO of a new perpetual preferred stock, SATS, aiming to sell 5 million shares at $100 for a $500M raise. SATS pays a fixed 15% dividend and is junior to Strive's existing SATA preferred (currently 13%); Strive would set aside cash to cover the first 18 months of dividend payments at closing. The buying spree has outpaced larger peers — holdings have climbed from below 20,000 BTC roughly three months ago to about $3.7 billion in value.
