Strategy proposes daily dividends to lift STRC toward $100

Michael Saylor's Strategy proposed accruing dividends daily on its preferred stocks — including weekends and holidays — as it pushes the $STRC preferred back toward its $100 par value. STRC has traded below $100 since May despite a 12% dividend rate and roughly $1 billion in preferred share buybacks.
