Strategy proposes daily dividend accrual on preferred stocks

Michael Saylor's Strategy has proposed accruing dividends daily on its $STRF, $STRC, $STRK and $STRD preferred stocks — including weekends and holidays — with payments made the next business day. The company said the change leaves the preferreds' economics unchanged.

The proposal touches all four of Strategy's preferred share classes as the bitcoin treasury firm continues to manage its preferred-dividend obligations and capital structure.
