Securitize (SECZ) has added Stellar to the list of blockchains its real-world-asset tokenization platform supports, joining Ethereum, Solana and Avalanche. The agreement was announced at Meridian 2026, the Stellar Development Foundation's annual conference in Lisbon.
- CEO Carlos Domingo cited Stellar's position as the fourth-largest ecosystem for tokenized real-world assets, highlighting its speed and its support for tokens configured with KYC, clawbacks and sanctions-compliance features.
- Franklin Templeton already runs a tokenized money market fund on Stellar, and MoneyGram moves money across the network daily; Securitize is best known for issuing and managing BlackRock's BUIDL tokenized money-market fund.
No details were disclosed on which assets could launch on Stellar first or a rollout timeline.
