
Robinhood Chain, the layer-2 built for tokenized real-world assets, is evaluating Priority Gas Auctions (PGA) — Arbitrum's new paid transaction-ordering system that lets traders pay higher fees to have individual transactions processed ahead of others, per a person familiar with the matter.
Proponents frame fee-based ordering as a way to curb MEV frontrunning and give professional firms the kind of speed advantage long seen in high-frequency trading. Robinhood declined to comment, and Off-Chain Labs, Arbitrum's developer, did not respond to a request for comment.
