Payward plans regulated U.S. perps on Hyperliquid

Kraken parent Payward plans to offer regulated on-chain perpetual futures to U.S. clients through Hyperliquid, aiming to become the first registered U.S. exchange to deploy markets on the protocol. It is leveraging its $550 million acquisition of Bitnomial, the CFTC-regulated derivatives venue, to underpin the rollout.
