London-based payments infrastructure firm OpenPayd expects its merger with Titan Acquisition Corp. to close by year-end, putting it on Nasdaq under the ticker OP, CEO Iana Dimitrova told CoinDesk. The deal still requires an effective SEC registration statement and Titan shareholder approval.
The listing is meant to fund U.S. expansion: OpenPayd aims to launch services for U.S. customers by April 2027, after bringing MSB USA Inc. and its 43 state money transmitter licenses into the group last month. The company reported $73 million in revenue for the year ended April 30, 2026, up from $57 million, with clients including Kraken, B2C2 and OKX.
The move comes as crypto firms split on listing timing — RedotPay presses ahead with U.S. IPO plans while Payward has pushed its listing back to at least mid-2027.
