Ondo launches Private Markets with 24/7 pre-IPO tokenized notes

Ondo Finance has launched Ondo Private Markets, bringing exposure to pre-IPO companies onchain through 24/7 tradeable tokenized notes. The first offering, going live this week, tracks an AI company, with plans to expand to robotics, biotech and cybersecurity.

• The notes are tied to a private company's per-share value at qualifying liquidity events such as an IPO, and trade around the clock on secondary markets.
• The launch extends Ondo's platform beyond tokenized Treasuries and money-market funds into private equity returns.

Per Ondo's announcement, the notes are available to eligible investors.
