Keystone to destroy 19,000 devices after breach of 25,964 customers

Keystone Wallet disclosed a security breach exposing personal data of 25,964 customers and a device authentication key, and said it will destroy 18,835 units in inventory and suspend shipments as a precaution. Some buyer records were kept past Keystone's 180-day deletion policy after an automated tool failed without the firm noticing.
