Dutch central bank grants Qivalis e-money license for euro token

Qivalis, the onchain euro settlement venture backed by BBVA, BNP Paribas and ING, has been approved by the Dutch central bank (DNB) as an electronic money institution under the EU's MiCA framework. The authorization lets Qivalis offer MiCA-compliant euro-denominated settlement infrastructure onchain.
