Bettors on Kalshi and Polymarket sharply raised the chances that U.S. crypto market-structure legislation will advance, with Tuesday's Senate vote the next test for the CLARITY Act. The bill, which would create a federal framework for digital assets, faces a shortened September calendar and a procedural vote that needs 60 votes to move forward.
