Bullish issues BLSH, its full cap table, onchain on Solana

Bullish issued $BLSH — its own NYSE-listed equity — as the share itself on Solana, the first time a NYSE-listed company has placed its entire capitalization table onchain. CEO Thomas Farley moved $BLSH live at Consensus Miami 2026, and issuer-sponsored tokenization is handled through Equiniti, the transfer agent that maintains the shareholder register.

Issuer-sponsored tokenization collapses the T+1 chain of brokers, clearinghouses, depositories, custodians and transfer agents, letting ownership update directly onchain.

No specifics were disclosed on listing mechanics, how the onchain shares interact with the traditional registry, or further rollout plans.
