Bolivia's VIVA moves part of its finances onto Avalanche

A Latin American telecom operator, Bolivia's VIVA, is putting part of its finances on the Avalanche blockchain through a partnership with Iris, the platform founded by former IBM Blockchain partner Jules Miller. VIVA is using stablecoins for settlement, dollar reserves and new financial services without replacing its existing telecom systems.
