Coinbase opens IPO allocations to US retail, starting with Oura
Coinbase is giving US retail customers access to primary financial markets, letting them participate in IPOs as part of its push to build an "Everything Exchange" for trading any asset across its lifecycle. Oura, the maker of smart rings and health wearables, is the first IPO on the platform, with allocation requests now open in the app through September 29 at 4:00 PM ET, before public trading begins.
