Coinbase adds Anthony Armstrong to board and audit committee
Coinbase welcomed Anthony Armstrong to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Armstrong led global tech M&A at Morgan Stanley for nearly a decade, served in the Department of Government Efficiency, and was most recently CFO at xAI and X Corp. Coinbase noted in a follow-up that he is not related to CEO Brian Armstrong.
