Axie InfinityVibeathon Round 1 wraps with 91 games; Top 8 into Round 2
Axie Infinity's first Vibeathon wrapped its build phase with 91 community-built games playable, with Round 1 (Sept 8–21) now complete. Every Round 1 game stays playable on the Vibeathon platform and each builder receives a badge for their submission.
- 8 finalists moved into Round 2 and will develop their projects into complete games, with final submissions due November 7.
- 400+ builders registered (Sept 1–7), shipping playable games in the browser with AI-assisted development and no programming experience.
- The competition shares a 20,000 bAXS prize pool plus 250 USDC in AI-tool support per Round 2 finalist; judging weighs Axie Core fit, gameplay, vision, feasibility and prototype quality.
- The results were recapped in the team's Lunacian Lounge thread, which also touched on Atia's Legacy's next playtest and Terrariums plans.
