Axie InfinityAxie Classic Champions Invitational is live
The Axie Classic Champions Invitational is now underway, streaming live on twitch.tv/axieinfinity. After four seasons of Arena climbs and Season Championships, the eight-player field is confirmed: Season 16 — Anzooo and Mitsuya; Season 15 — Eshaz and JL; Season 14 — Pau and Nerraw; Season 13 — Chan and Mark.
- Prize pool: 5,000 bAXS total — 1st: 2,100, 2nd: 1,200, 3rd: 700, 4th: 400, 5th–6th: 200 each, 7th–8th: 100 each.
- Format: double elimination, with opening matches played off-stream before the livestream; each player submits 10 Axies and bans 3 of an opponent's per match, artifacts allowed, best-of-5 through the Grand Finals.
- Opening matchups: Anzooo vs. Mark, JL vs. Pau, Mitsuya vs. Chan, Eshaz vs. Nerraw.
