USDG adoption grows on Arbitrum as Mayan and Symbiosis join
Global Dollar (USDG) — the dollar stablecoin issued by Paxos and regulated in Singapore and the EU — is live on Arbitrum One, with adoption continuing to grow across the network. Cross-chain bridge Mayan now supports USDG on Arbitrum, and Symbiosis lets users swap and bridge from any token on any chain straight into the Paxos-regulated dollar on Arbitrum.
- First integrations include Fluid, Morpho, GMX, Maple, Uniswap and Kraken; Stargate (LayerZero), LI.FI, Mayan and Symbiosis handle bridging and on-ramps
- The launch arrives with $10M+ in incentives through the DRIP program and a proposal before the ArbitrumDAO to commit 100M ARB plus treasury assets to USDG growth
- USDG already has $3B+ in circulation across networks, while about $4B in stablecoins sit on Arbitrum
