ArbOS Elara upgrade goes live on Arbitrum

Following approval through Arbitrum governance, the ArbOS Elara upgrade is now live on the Arbitrum Platform, adding new capabilities for dedicated blockchains and improvements to Arbitrum One. For dedicated blockchains it introduces protocol-level compliance filtering, customizable priority fees, and an alternative data API; on Arbitrum One the change brings a more efficient base fee.
Arbitrum BoLD protocol launches on mainnet
