AruReserve launches commodity-backed ARU token on Arbitrum

ARU Reserve announced that ARU is launching on Arbitrum One — a 100% physically backed reserve of critical, strategic and precious commodities designed for transparent ownership, transfer and physical redemption. The official Arbitrum account welcomed the arrival, saying "more commodities are coming to Arbitrum."

• ARU represents a claim on a vaulted basket of 60% precious metals, 28% industrial metals and 12% strategic materials (including rare earths and uranium)
• Reserves are held in insured, audited, bankruptcy-remote vaults in Switzerland and Singapore, with on-chain proof of reserve and daily NAV verification
• ARU Reserve thanked the Arbitrum Foundation for support in bringing "physical scarcity into programmable markets"
• The project targets a launch in Q4 2026 under the EU's MiCAR framework
