Balancer DAO approves winddown affecting Alchemix ALCX/WETH pools

Balancer DAO has approved an orderly winddown (BIP-928), and Alchemix is sharing what that means for liquidity providers in its ALCX/WETH pools on Balancer. The companion fork proposal, BIP-929, did not pass.

Until October 30, nothing changes: the pools work as usual and LPs can withdraw at any time.
From October 30, the v3 80ALCX/20WETH pool moves to withdrawals-only, with withdrawals remaining available after that date.
