The SpaceFi community, one of the earliest and most active projects on the zkSync ecosystem, has been making history according to data from Nansen AI's macro dashboard. With the upcoming launch of SpaceFi 2.0, the DeFi hub on zkSync Era with DEX, NFT, Spacebase, and Launchpad features is set to step into a new era in the zkSync ecosystem, further exploring the Layer2 ecosystem.

SpaceFi is set to launch its 2.0 version, which will bring significant changes. A new token named STAR will be introduced, inheriting the supply and distribution from the existing SPACE token at a 1:1 exchange ratio. Future rewards and incentives will be distributed in the form of xSTAR. Notable updates include the introduction of sLP, Boost APR, and a new user interface. The migration and updates aim to usher in a new era for the DeFi hub on zkSync Era, exploring the Layer2 ecosystem.

SpaceFi, a decentralized finance hub on zkSync Era, has announced a partnership with VeggiesGotchi, a Web3 game where players can adopt vegetable-themed NFT characters. To celebrate this collaboration, SpaceFi is hosting a giveaway offering 10 free NFT mints for the VeggiesGotchi game. To participate, users must follow both @spacefi_io and @veggiesgotchi on Twitter, retweet and like the giveaway post, and tag two friends. The giveaway ends in three days.

The Paymaster Alliance, a collaborative effort on the zkSync network, is focused on improving the user experience for participants in the ecosystem. The alliance welcomes new projects to join the zkSync ecosystem and looks forward to further collaboration to achieve this goal.

SpaceFi now supports using $SPACE to pay gas fees on #zkSync through the Paymaster smart contract. Users can now pay gas fees with ERC-20 tokens instead of $ETH, making transactions more convenient. There is a 20% discount on gas fees when using $SPACE or $HOLD tokens. Partner @HoldstationW provided support for this initiative.

SpaceFi is excited to announce its partnership with AcrossProtocol. AcrossProtocol has been added to the SpaceFi bridge portal on zkSync, which will bring more assets into the ecosystem.
