Pyth, a trading platform, reached a new milestone in October with a monthly traded volume of $9.1 billion. The majority of the trading activity was driven by EVM chains like Arbitrum and Optimism.

RainFi, a lending and borrowing platform, has released the first-ever P2P token loans product on Solana. Users can create personal lending pools with freedom to choose APY, loan duration, and LTV. The platform will use Pyth Price Feeds for accurate and real-time price data. RainFi is launching with select partners from the Solana ecosystem.

Pyth added BNB Chain as the first new chain and now secures 66% of total value (TVS) on BNB Chain.

The Pyth Network is staying active with a series of events including Token 2049, Breakpoint, NEARCON, and Devconnect.

Avantis Finance has successfully launched their public testnet on BuildOnBase.

Y2K Finance, a catastrophe bonds provider for DeFi, has integrated Pyth Price Feeds to resolve new markets and gain access to a range of new assets on Arbitrum. Users can buy insurance on depeg events and deposit assets in Y2K's Premium and Collateral vaults. Y2K currently supports 13 different assets and has seen over $150M in deposit assets.

Kamino Finance has launched its 2.0 version, offering a comprehensive DeFi suite for lending, liquidity, and leverage. Users can borrow and lend assets, provide leverage liquidity, build automated liquidity strategies, and use concentrated liquidity positions as collateral. Kamino also utilizes Pyth data for reliable inputs and optimal risk management.
