Gnosis has announced the sunset of the Gnosis Validator Incentive Program due to operational challenges. Funds from the program have been returned to the Gnosis treasury for future ecosystem enhancement. The full closure is set for April 2024, with a reward claim page to be released for validators to submit their claims.

The Gnosis Chain ecosystem has seen a notable rise in Total Value Locked (TVL) and trading volume. Currently ranked 16th by TVL, Gnosis Chain is attracting more capital and is just behind Bitcoin in the rankings.

Gnosis Chain is calling for all node operators and validators to upgrade their nodes to the latest @NethermindEth version v1.25.2. There is a critical issue identified in the @NethermindEth versions from v1.23.0. Detailed instructions for the upgrade process have been provided and support is available for any difficulties or assistance needed.

Gnosis Chain's Chiado testnet is scheduled to implement the Dencun upgrade on January 31, 2024, at approximately 18:15:40 UTC. This upgrade will synchronize with the Ethereum roadmap and include several EIPs. Validators on Chiado need to update their nodes and allocate additional storage for blobs.
