This week, ENS Labs launched ENSjs v3.0.0. Users can now send special offers to ENS name owners via HolderXYZ. Phantom.eth has secured their 'forever' name. ENS Labs team member @_jefflau spoke at Meet Taipei. ENS community member @W3Hidayath hosted an ENS meetup in India. ENS Labs partnered with @DeGodsNFT and @y00tsNFT for a builder BBQ. ENS Town Hall for Q3-Q4 2023 was hosted by ENS Labs and ENS DAO Stewards. ENS was mentioned in Bloomberg. Stay tuned for more updates!

Jeff Lau, the speaker from ENS, recently discussed at Meet Taipei how the ENS community was built by prioritizing developers. The talk covered the origins of ENS, its growth into a separate project with a $1M grant, and the creation of the ENS DAO. ENS currently has over 2.5M active .eth names, 750K unique owners, and has generated over $80M in revenue. By targeting and integrating with popular dApps and products, ENS gained exposure to new users and established itself as the norm for developers. The ENS DAO, established in 2021, decentralized the protocol and enabled community governance and funding for ecosystem projects.

ENS Labs is collaborating with DeGodsNFT and y00tsNFT to host the de[Basel] builder BBQ event. Attendees can decode their wallet address using ENS and RSVP for the event.

The ENS Manager App has integrated with Phantom wallet, allowing users to connect and manage their ENS names seamlessly.

In October 2023, there were 56k new .eth registrations, bringing the total number of names to 2.4m. The protocol revenue for the month was $1.2m, which all goes to the ENS DAO. Additionally, there were 49k new eth accounts with at least 1 ENS name, totaling 790k, 47k primary names set, and 11.6k avatar records set.

Out of the 40 projects and 132 hackers that attended EthRome, 43% chose to build with ENS.
