BoomLand is a Blockchain game developer and publisher.  Their mission is to push the mass adoption of Web3 gaming by targeting and onboarding traditional Web2 players. The studio is led by veterans of the Mobile gaming industry, responsible for publishing over 200 games, generating more than 1.5 Billion downloads to date.

Hunters On-Chain, the first game of BoomLand is the Web3 version of the hugely successful mobile game Hunt Royale with over seven million installs on the AppStore and Google Play already amassed 43 Mio USD in revenue.

Hunt Royale was released in March 2021, and in January 2022, the team felt that despite its already huge success, the game had the potential to go so much higher. Thus, came the idea of tokenization.

Because of the existing architecture of the game mechanics, it appeared natural that Hunt Royale's future was on Web3.
