Frax Finance's V3 update introduces enhancements to its stablecoin protocol, including Algorithmic Market Operations (AMO) and subprotocols like Fraxlend and Fraxswap. The stablecoin FRAX aims for 100% collateralization and uses Chainlink oracles to maintain its peg to the USD. The introduction of sFRAX as a staking vault allows for adaptation to different market conditions. Balancer has launched a 4pool LP for sFRAX, attracting attention and generating liquidity. Beefy offers a sFRAX - 4pool Vault that automatically compounds rewards, providing high returns for stablecoin holders.

Beefy has launched a new feature called @lendlexyz vaults, offering an effortless, secure, and optimized yield farming experience in DeFi. The vaults are designed to autocompound tokens to maximize earnings and minimize fees.
