Unstoppable Domains abandons $2M standard-internet plan

Unstoppable Domains has dropped plans to bring its .crypto and .bitcoin domains to the standard internet, after the abandoned bids would have cost over $2 million in base fees alone. The firm said it prioritized financial viability over broader internet adoption.
