Substrata has published official documentation on how to add AI chatbots to your land parcels.

The chatbot feature went live on January 25th, with the team continuing to refine the system. Anyone can now create and deploy these AI assistants to enhance their virtual spaces.
AI chatbots are live in Substrata! Anyone can create one for their land parcels or their personal worlds. You can customise their personality and set a custom avatar. We are still improving them and writing docs but you can try them out now.
