Standard Chartered first bank to distribute HKD stablecoin

Standard Chartered, the London-based bank with $850 billion in assets, has become the first bank to distribute a Hong Kong dollar stablecoin. It will offer Anchorpoint's HKDAP to eligible clients and partners, marking a first for a major bank distributing an HKD-pegged digital token.
