Monad proposes key-replacement wallet upgrade

Ethereum-compatible blockchain Monad is proposing an account-upgrade that would let users replace the keys controlling an account without changing its address. The design opens the door to passkeys, recovery tools and post-quantum security, addressing the risk that a lost or compromised key permanently freezes an account.
