Metaplanet to take 95.7% stake in Super League Enterprise

Japan's Metaplanet is taking a 95.7% stake in Nasdaq-listed Super League Enterprise for $134.6M, contributing 2,100 BTC to launch a US Bitcoin treasury platform called Superplanet.
