Lista DAO has proposed LIP 021, a significant tokenomics update that would permanently burn 20% (200M) of LISTA's maximum supply, reducing it from 1B to 800M tokens. The proposal also aims to replace the fixed 40% LISTA freeze allocation with a flexible distribution between veLISTA holders and DAO operations, while maintaining the existing 60% revenue allocation. This follows earlier governance proposals focused on revenue redistribution and token locking mechanisms. The initiative seeks to enhance token value through supply management and more efficient revenue usage. Community voting runs until August 14, 2025.
